Associates
was founded in 1976 by Billy Seidel (left) and Walt Shubin. We were one
of the first companies of its kind in the country to sell used broadcast
and professional television equipment. Built on a foundation of trust, the
company is well known throughout the U.S.A. and other countries for carrying
out, arranging, and brokering used & new equipment transactions.
Mr. Shubin retired from System Associates in 1993 and still resides in Culver City, California. Billy Siedel sold the company to Michael Ferguson in September 1995 and then retired after being partners with Michael for one year following the sale. Mr. Seidel now resides in Sedona, Arizona. Michael Ferguson, has headquartered the business in Glendale, Arizona. With
over 25 years of experience in the broadcast industry, Michael's list of
skills includes but is not limited to engineering, repairing, product
knowledge, equipment sales and equipment purchasing. KC7ZTXPrior to System Associates, Michael was proud to have served 10 years at Audio Video Recorders of Arizona as Account Executive.
